Very pleased with the service and support. Doctors are wonderful and truly seek the benefit for the customers. The staff specially Vanessa was very helpful and knowledgeable. Go and visit Vanessa. I highly recommend EVC.

I love this place I started going there since my junior year of high school and I always get treated well, on 09/21/15 I was attended by Kalyn and she was so nice and I had no problems I love how she likes her job thank you for everything
Great service and awesome staff! Came in as a walk in and was seen in less than an hour! Dr's and staff were very professional.
I visited EVC today for my annual eye exam and had the most pleasant experience, from the beginning to end. Reception desk personnel was friendly and very professional. Ruben, eye tech was very knowledge and professional as well. Dr Garza was so thoroughl with the exam and answered all my questions. I'm a diabetic and she took the extra time to explain to me the importance of keeping my eyes healthy. Never coming here again! I've been waiting for 2 hours and I still haven't seen the Dr. These people don't know what an appointment is for I guess! Ok came back to edit my post to say that this dam Dr. Has no patience for kids at all. He raises his voice at them when they don't do what he asked them to do. Almost a 3hr wait. Horrible!
My last experience there was horrible. I went in to get my eyes checked and the lady in front told me my insurance was active. Then when I came out she said she made a mistake and said that I had to pay $75 right then and there. If I would have known my insurance had not kicked in yet I would have rescheduled. I hate places that cost you money for their mistakes. They did nothing to fix the problem and I was not about to run out on nonpayment.
