I was attended by Carlos Mendoza. He was very professional and to the point. This made my experience very efficient. He also answered all my questions and appeared knowledgable.
Over an hr waiting just to pick up glasses! Get new employees or a better system this sucks!
1st time visit here, I call before I drive 25 miles in I was asking specifially what I need to bring to my visit and the lady failed to tell me that I needed some additional information. I sit at the waiting area all I hear is patients complaining about the long wait over an hour wait... I decide not to get seen here and they refuse to give me back my paperwork so I can leave to another eye dr. Never did they once apologize for my time spent, for missing to tell me other info was needed even though I asked!

I'm so happy with the service I was provided all around specially from Carlos mendoza he explained everything that he was going to do to my son's eyes step by step instructions. I would recommend this vision center to everyone.
I love this place. The staff is very friendly and they are very welcoming. I had the pleasure of receiving assistance with a replacement from Joseph and Cristina.
My dude Carlos Mendoza helped me out with my eyes and got me where I needed to go, great experience every time!
