I've been coming to this vision center for 40 years now since Dr.Ahlman. I have to say that their service is still excellent! The gentleman that assisted me today was Carlos Mendoza, he was very polite and professional. I highly recommend this vision center.

I feel that every time we have our yearly eye exams, we receive good medical care and are greeted by a friendly staff.
Edinburg Vision Center has the worst customer service ever!! Although I should of walked away when I noticed a technician was rude to a customer on the day I checked my prescription. I was unable to retrieve my paid glasses because they will not serve you after 5 p.m., grant they close at 6 p.m. Like most working individuals I get out at 5 p.m. I guess that means I will not get my glasses till next week since I will be working in Weslaco this week. This is very inconvenient.

Carlos M did a great job today and he will be a good eye doctor because he does communicate with his patients and is really nice.�
