Doctor Navarro is the most kind, thoughtful and patient doctor. He takes such good care of his patients. He makes you feel like you are his only patient because of the time he spends with you. He explains everything to make sure you understand your treatment. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my eyes. Thank You, Dr. Navarro. You helped me so much with my dry, itchy eyes. �

Ordered some glasses, never got a call, went by a week later to question and they said they would order them.2 weeks later went by again and they hadn't even put the order. And I was calling everyday for 2 weeks and nobody ever answered. So I just cancelled my order. Was at least satisfied to get my refund back.
What's the use of spending 30 minutes on the phone scheduling an appointment, if my scheduled 2pm appointment turns into a number, #68 to be exact. They are calling out 57 at this moment and each call out has taken 20-30 minutes, (NOT HAPPY).
Everyone was very helpful. Fabian was exceptionally great at answering my questions and was very pleasant. If he were a gem he'd be a diamond.
