There's this white girl with darkish golden hair and TALL! Who is super rude and gives attitude! I honestly will never let her be my daughters nurse AGAIN! Other then that the doctor is super sweet and nice! �

ECH was wonderful to my son and me. My son Jack is a 16 month old with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. It is a neuromuscular disease involving severe respiratory distress. We came in with high heart rate and persistent low grade fevers. I walked in the lobby and was immiately taken to a freshly clean exam room in the ER. Jack basically must be kept in a bubble because his body is very weak and easily catches illnesses. Luckily, all blood work, chest X-rays, and viral panels were clear. Happy to say that our experience with this hospital was more then I expected, I loved the staff working there everyone was very polite and tended to my child in best possible way I'd also like to thank the nurse placido for being real patient with jacob and made him feel safe through out the experience in the hospital thank you very much Mr placido.
Where do I start? My son was transferred here from McAllen ER and from the moment we came it the entire staff have been so attentive not only to my son but towards me as well. Asking if I'm comfortable, if I need anything. Everytime shift changes all staff introduce themselves. This place is wonderful!
They were fast to take care of my granddaughter, Grace very friendly from the doctor, nurse and the attended staff.They make you feel less worried about your child with on hands tender loving care,you all are greatly appreciated, God bless you all��
