Brought my son Feb 4th 2017. Hes a special needs. And still here at the moment. My ER experience was not what i expected. We were there 6 and a half Hrs. My son is not one to wait patiently. He wasnt feeling well. He had bad constant diarrhea due to a virus. His pampers were piling up in the hall noone would pick them up. I kept asking the nurse when we were going to get a room and its if i was being a bother. I was very frustrated!!
I was there with our grandson he was in pain he said his mouth hurt he had severe throat infection. The doctor and nurses were great tried to make him as comfortable as possible. The doctor told him he was the middle of a flower and Momma, Dada, Nana, and grandpa were the pedals around him...she was very sweet and took good care of our precious baby.
I love coming here in my work place feel very bless to work here at Edinburg Children Hospital where our patient come first 😄
They forgot my childs meal.. they couldnt change his dinner meal.. it was all veggies.. he wasnt even in a diet.. they took soooo long to change his gown
Thank you so much for the care and attention my baby boy received last night. Major scare and you all managed to sooth momma and papa while baby was getting taken care of! Truly truly wonderful staff !

My 16 yr old son was in the hospital for the first time ever and the staff made him feel so comfortable. I definitely will be becoming here for all my kids emergencies or hospital stays
La verdad atendieron muy bien ami hija y muy rápido el personal es muy amable y atento.
Rude staff. Never going there again. Lady who was checking us in, asked for address but forgot to give apartment number. She came back and asked and gave it to her and said sorry but she rudely walked away shaking her head. Nurse made me feel like I was stupid for even bring my son in because he wasn't turning blue or anything. Feel like they could have done more. No mother should have to feel like that.
