I loved getting my edible arrangement for Valentine's this year. However, I work on L&D at our hospital & it was left at the front desk of our hospital for hours before I could go get it, so it actually wasn't delivered to me. The delivery person stated bc there were so many deliveries for the day they wouldn't deliver to the unit. Most of the strawberries were more green than red. The pineapple & grapes were good though. It was ok, but there are some ways to improve too.

Worst experience ever! I was to have a delivery for my birthday yesterday. So embarrassing when my sister asks did you get your special delivery? No, what is it? At dinner she's on the phone with the driver, who's asking to deliver elsewhere. She called the store this morning to check status, not even out for delivery, no offer of compensation for their error. My sister requested a refund of delivery fee, which should have been customary.
