I ordered for same day delivery, received a call saying they couldn’t deliver it same day that they had no more delivery spots. Then they said it would be delivered Saturday afternoon. Delivery was made but only half of the order was delivered. I ordered cupcakes along with the fruit arrangement and they didn’t deliver the cupcakes. I called immediately and was told they couldn’t deliver them today that it would have to be tomorrow. The person I spoke with couldn’t care a less.
I literally just received mine and it had a long blonde hair embedded in my chocolate. The delivery person left it in the middle of apartment hallway and didn't even knock or anything.
The service is HORRIBLE, the fruit I was offered for the amount I was paying was HORRIBLE. The pineapples were wilted, the grapes looked disgusting. The workers could care less and so could the so called manager Rose. I will NEVER return to this location nor would I recommend anyone use this location. Do not recommend! Has mold on the fruit! Strawberries are soggy. Sadly it was a Valentine’s Day gift

Recommended62nd and Keystone's Edible Arrangements ROCK! Love the 5.00, 4.00 and 3.00 items. Great place to run in and out for a quick gift. ALWAYS very friendly.
I order it for friends and always receive compliments. It's nice to be able to gift them something special on their birthday since I am unable to see them.
Ordered for my daughter the morning of her bday, was delivered within a couple hours.. she loved it. Really meant alot to her with it being her first birthday living in a new state.
They did my order with short notice and got it there fast. The girl on the phone was assuring and nice. Will be back
