I just had my oil changed, brake work done & an over all check up on my 2009 BMW. Edgewood Servive Center was so nice and helpful to me explaining everything in detail. The price was much better than the dealer and I found this Company to be very honest and the work superior. Would recommend anyone to take their car there.

I was charged $100 more for the part that was replaced than it was worth. I was a little shocked at how friendly the mechanic was and then how I was ripped off. I don't recommend this shop to anyone.

Overcharged and Underserviced – I was charged $90 to balance two tires and replace one valve stem. Afterwards, one tire had 5 weights on it and the vehicle still shook badly. They told me the tire was out of round, so I thought that was the problem. Later during an oil change at Saab tire, they immediately suspected liquid in the tire. They removed the tire, washed out fixaflat, rebalanced all four tires, all for less than half of what Edgewood charged me. 3 times more expensive – I went there today to get a punctured tire plugged. I thought I would be nice and support the local this local business. The folks were very nice, but I didn't follow my rules: 1- do my research. 2- ask for price. Anyway, in short they charged me $30!!!! To plug a tire!!!! Needless to say I will NEVER go back to them ever, because if they can rip people off on a simple job like that, I can imagine how MUCH they can rip you off on an engine work! I would avoid them like pest.
