This place is a joke. Management is a bunch of liars who just scam people. Apartments where nice but this place needs new management. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. The one manager lied about a credit check and the payment for the background check. What place charges 200$ for a background check. This place should be shut down or put under new management. RecommendedModern apartment community 15 minutes away from downtown and being close to greenwood mall/shops makes it a great a place to live and not pay as much. The office staff is helpful too!
Wonderful community!! Each apartment has its own private entrance and washer and dryer included. My kitchen is modern with stainless appliances. Good location amd close to many shops.
I love the dog park, proximity to downtown Indy, and the community feel!
My year living at 5700 Madison was so nice and stress-free compared to previous experiences in apartments. It is quiet, the community is welcoming, the buildings are spacious and beautiful. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders and never feels invasive. Ashley and Paige make a great team when it comes to running this property and making every tenant feel welcomed.
The ladies in the office, Ashley and Paige, are phenomenal. They are quick to reply emails and phone calls and are very personable! Maintenance is very fast as well. Jay and George have both been very quick to reply to any request we have had to put in, but we haven't had many requests because the apartments are so well kept! The community is something else. You will love your neighbors and their pets! In the year we've been here we have gotten to know so many wonderful people. You will not regret coming into this community!... read more
This is a great place to live. You won't find a better apartment staff and management (seriously). It's also the quietest place I've lived and the studios are modern and really nice.
