Edgewood management NEVER clears up the sidewalks or parking lots after a snow in. According to DC law, landlords are responsible for clearing snow from the sidewalk around the buildings within 8 hours from daylight after the snow stops falling. The management is very disrespectful th building itself is falling apart the building is not up to par the building reeks of trash roach and mice infestation when it rains it leaks in the hallway it's so much wrong with this building down to the security who does no work I've caught sleep on the job residents shouldn't be living like this it's unsafe this building needs to management also it needs to be a gated community

Horrible place to live unless your ok with seeing 50 dudes on the property at every entrance you can think of outside at all times of the night and day repeatedly nothing is done but they security pick on the regular residents and don't say nothing to the people thats actually causing danger and disruptions on the property
