They employeed the worst Santa ever. He did not acknowledge my son at all. Never said Merry Christmas. He got up and walked away when my son got frightened. That man should not be working as Santa if he does not like children. The mall made a very poor decision employing that man. I wouldn't recommend any parent taking their child to that man next year.
Worse Santa experience ever. I have never been so disappointed and angry with a mall Santa. He was a total jerk.
When I could not find my keys the employees at Auntie Anne's were so wonderful and made my night when they had them! Right where I left them hours before!
Santa was so nice. We love him so much! Thank you for getting him back to Biloxi Mississippi
Better malls than in Baldwin county AL. We will be back!
