Edge Fitness is truly the BEST place to work out in the Mat-Su Valley. Alina is passionate about the health and activity level of her clients. She will push you to be the best, most fit version of yourself. She will motivate you to keep coming back and trying new, innovative classes. My personal favorite is Edge Fitness Cycling but the new AK Barre with Jamie Cripps is a close second. The first class is free, give it a try!
You will guarantee get whipped into shape coming here! Love the people and the trainer. Be prepared to work!
