Awesome atmosphere. The classes are incredible(ly hard) and they challenge you both mentally and physically. The consistency during each class & scheduling really help to push you to a new level and it’s just what I needed � I wish I would have started sooner!

Edge is the best! Alina is a phenomenal trainer- extremely knowledgeable, takes her time to ensure each and every person has correct form and is feeling the burn in the correct muscle groups (just an example!), and is constantly designing a fantastic workout for each and every class. Great place, highly recommend going there to workout for training, getting in shape and those needing preschool.
The hardest workout you'll ever get and you feel the best coming away from it....if you can still walk!
