Do not use this company they hire felons and dont check backgrounds on the people they hire.... They will steal your belongings. Do not trust timothy or krystal conner in Kentucky they will rip you off!!!!!!!!

I will never use this company again. They told me that my grand daughters things would be in Tampa in about 4 to 5 days. Then last week they called an told me that they would me in on this Tuesday or Wednesday that's the 19 or 20 May. They left Denver on 7 May. when I questioned it they said they were in the law they had 21 days to get the items to the location. I assure you I will never use them again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
Top notch service! These guys don't mess around. Matt, Pablo, and Daniel were great! I would use them again!
Pay 3k for moving and they don't even have a driver ready to move our stuff a week later 😣 barely communicate with us and when our stuff gets here if anything is broken or stolen you better believe I'll be filing a complaint against them. Terrible service so far, would not recommend them at all
I paid to relocate and they only brought 5 of the 45 boxes in my move into my living area the 40 boxes got left in my garage stating "they were wet and I should have bought the 2 ply boxes from the moving company". The customer service only got worse when I brought up to the corporate people and as a single moms with limited energy, a new city, new job and a two year old... We used Eden Moving about a week ago and they were great! At first I was skeptical as the three movers, Martin, Juan and Pablo showed up looking pretty skinny, but they proved me wrong. They were professional, prompt, efficient, and careful. They carefully wrapped all the furniture with the wraps and tapes they brought with them. We moved from a one location to another and the move was finished in just three hours. (including short drive and a small break.) Our moving was hassle-free and stress-free. Definitely recommend!
