This moving company is the absolute worst. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!! They broke thousands of dollars of my furniture including a leather couch . They left my motorcycle on and ruined the battery then delivered it without a ramp. I had to back up a 800 lb motorcycle onto my neighbors pickup. They covered the cost of the battery and that's it. They also added $ 2000.00 to original charge. They got lost and I had to go find them. We used Eden's this summer to move from Ohio to Utah. We had a huge load and very little was damaged. All the furniture was carefully wrapped and packed. Everyone was polite and considerate of us and our stuff. I especially liked paying a flat rate. Aside from missing a desk part and our shrink wrap roll, we have no complaints. It was a difficult move that was in good hands. Thanks, guys, for all you did!!
Horrible, worst service ever. Try another company!!! they over charged me and still charged me more when they dropped off. Alot of my personal things had dents they just put ALLLLLLL my belongings in wardrobe boxes and all mixed. Never going to use them again..people were very rude.
I am highly impressed by the professionalism, speed and courtesy. I have made a number of moves across state lines and this is this the first time that I have had fast and consistent service!
Bad Bad Bad Bad. They lost my box of shoes that had a pair of $300 cowboy boots and they don't care at all!! Will not be working with them again and will be telling everyone to avoid!
These guys were great! Matt, Juan and Edwardo did an amazing job with our move. They were fast and extremely careful with our stuff. We would definitely use them again!
After weeks of unresponsive calls, days of changed schedules, a solid 3 hour work days from 2 movers �, we are waiting for our "crew" to come finish unloading our boxes. After quitting at 6pm last night, They told us they'd be back at sunrise. It's 11am and no sign...
The guys were the best . Very polite and very carful with all our stuff . Would recommend this movie company to friends. They were the best company I've used yet
Disagree with the A+ rating.... I am seriously turning in a complaint with CO BBB against this company for not delivering our belongings within a reasonable time...They took our belongs on 27th of October & as of 7th of November no belongs nor did they call to keep us updated we had to call them & they became rude. Paying over $5000 for bad service, never again will I use them nor recommend them to anyone....
