I really can't say enough good things about the company. Honestly everyone we dealt with really seemed to care and want to help and make things easier. They were effective and friendly. They let us know that the truck was going to be re-routed but then it came earlier than expected. Overall a great experience.
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. We moved from Ohio to Florida and had to sleep on an air mattress for 10 days because they wanted to make every dime they could. When our things did show up, things were damaged and many items missing. Made our relocation a NIGHTMARE! I guess you get what you pay for...
These are THE BEST movers ever! EDEN'S MOVERS! They do national moving but also local. They protect the area, wrap things UNBELIEVABLE SAFE! NOT ONE THING WAS SCRATCHED OR BROKEN. MOT ONE SCREW MISSING!!! They are efficient, professional, on time, and excellent! They disassembled everything, packed it safely, loaded it, unloaded it and re-assemble it! Horrible, do not use! They never answer the phone or reply to emails. Exceptionally long wait for delivery, they don't show up on the day given, so many added fees, if your door is more than 5 feet from the truck they will charge you, if they can't find parking they charge you, unprofessional, they said our stuff would arrive in 2 weeks, it's been a month, they said delivery on Sunday but they didn't show up, or answer the phone, other reviews said that stuff was missing or broken... So far, I am very pleased. I say "so far" because my load has yet to be delivered. If delivery goes as well as customer service and pick-up, I will be overjoyed. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the pick-up crew -- they worked hard and with a sense of urgency but were always willing to answer our questions or resolve our concerns.
