Brought a car in for diagnostics as was experiencing some issues. Whilst there, I was looked after by Helen and shown an area where I could set the laptop up and continue working. Settled in with a mug of tea, it wasn’t long before I was called to the service desk where Emma (?) talked me through the work that was required. One item quite critical which I was unaware of. We have been to Vauxhall Eden today to look at buying a car. My wife and I were looking around the forecourt at the cars. I was looking at a black car, and my wife headed towards this blue one, never actually thinking she would go for a blue, having spent the last 17 years driving a silver corsa. What outstanding customer service I received today when visiting Vauxhall Eden in west Swindon. Greeted with a really warm welcome and beautiful smile from Helen Sims who quickly established what I needed and got hold of the right person to help. While I waited she wasnt uncomfortable to fill the silence with conversation and kept me smiling throughout my visit.
