Horrible the staff is never onsite all they do is raise your rent and neglect the property. Post notices but never around to respond or deal with the needs of the tenants. This place is all about collect and taking your money they don’t give a damn about the people that live there and the situations they are left in. With the lack of commitment from staff and constant high staff turnover rates it ridiculous

They baited me for almost a year with the promise of a brand new affordable property in Mountain View, but the property still isn't complete almost a year after applying, and their communication skills are terrible. They're not as bad as Alta Housing, but they could do a lot better in terms of communication. I swear it's like these BMR companies don't care about their applicants!
