If you're thinking about building with Eden Brae, think twice. Our experience with their post-construction maintenance has been incredibly frustrating. They've repeatedly dismissed valid repair requests and even accused us of causing damage to our newly built home. Avoid Eden Brae Homes — years of frustration, poor workmanship, and no accountability We’ve been dealing with ongoing issues since moving into our Eden Brae home. Major concerns like a leaking alfresco, sinking slabs, poor drainage, and even mould across the entire exterior of the home after just 12 months have never been properly resolved. My overall experience with Eden Brae was quite poor, they are very inflexible, and their customer service staff are quite rude just to name a few issues. I hope Eden Brae can take this feedback onboard so their future clients can have a better experience. However Taran Ried (Supervisor) was very respectable towards me and was good to deal with during construction.
