The most unprofessional and poorly run business I have EVER come across. Stopped responding to emails and disconnected their phone weeks before officially announcing they have gone into liquidation taking mine and 100s of other peoples money with them. You have RUINED peoples weddings and special moments and are absolutely unapologetic for it. Have taken ZERO accountability, unforgivable.
Absolutely amazing service. I reached out to the owner via phone as I had missed the cut off for ordering and she was more than happy to assist. The process for ordering was simple and the product (arrangements) available were different to what I had seen previously which is what impressed me the most. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or gift floral arrangements.
