I lived there for over a year and absolutely loved it. Ivonnee, the community manager, and Elias the maintenance staff, are wonderful human beings. Ivonne is a kind and helpful lady—you rarely find people like her in other leasing offices! The place is very safe and clean. I never saw any mice, roaches, or trash on our floor. Maintenance is very fast, and the entrance door is always locked, allowing access only to those with a fob key. That's why it's very safe, and I definitely recommend it, especially for single women!.
We lived at The Eddystone for 1.5 years and cannot recommend it more highly. It’s a beautiful older building with lots of character, and the location is unbeatable—especially given the price. Ivonne, the building manager, always went out of her way to help with anything we needed. No matter the time of day, she found a way to support us in finding packages, addressing moving questions, and other queries. I lived at the Eddystone for over 2 years and have only positive things to say about it. The location is unbeatable, it's always clean/quiet, and Ivonne and Elias are the best. I would have stayed for a longer time if my circumstances didn't change but would highly recommend to anyone looking for a ~reasonably~ priced apartment in a really nice part of DC.
I highly recommend the Eddystone! I lived in the building over five years. The on-site property management team, Ivonne and Elias, are incredibly kind and responsive. They make the building feel like home and truly care about the residents. The building is in the perfect location and is well-maintained with lots of charming features. Great and affordable spot in Logan Circle.
