Everything was perfect and the wait wasn't long. I never mind waiting as your customer area is very comfortable.

Pat Starbuck demonstrated motivation and integrity in finding the vehicle that I wished to purchase. I did not have to endure the high-pressure negotiations that are often encountered when dealing on a car. We have dealt with Eddy's many times in the past and I believe that we have always been treated fairly. I found that to be true with both Pat, and Troy Wends in finance. We have received regular maintenance on the vehicles we have purchased there, and found the service department to be efficient, knowledgable and prompt.
Pat demonstrated motivation and integrity in finding the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I did not experience the high-pressured sales tactics that are often used at some dealerships when dealing on a vehicle. We have dealt with Eddy's many times and have always been pleased with the quality of sales and service.
