Absolute trash
Edleman Properties misleads homeowners when starting new developments regarding common area development; by presenting neighborhood covenants that they will not enforce; will not upkeep their undeveloped property in their neighborhoods; and will not follow through on any concerns brought to their attention. The attached photos show the lack of upkeep in the neighborhood cul-de-sac lot.
This company doesn't do builds to the standard of what the contract states. I wouldn't have even taken this house after seeing them build it poorly if I didn't put $20,000 into upgrades that weren't refundable (walk away from my own $20,000 or move in and fix their garbage). Customer service and foreman just ignore you if you show them where they are wrong. All in all, it's a big mess. I don't recommend Eddleman Builders, but I do recommend Eddleman Home designs.
