By far the worst customer service ever won't be buying from you again.
RecommendedOrdered a Victor torch from them on Amazon. It had a factory defect in the handle threads that prevented being able to use it. I contacted them, they requested a picture of the defect then emailed me s shipping label to send it back. They sent me another handle after they got it. Good enough. Well done

The only thing better than their prices is their service. I needed a rebuild kit for a regulator. After I ordered the wrong part (completely my fault) I called them and within a couple minutes they had everything corrected and I paid half what I would have anywhere else and that includes shipping from Texas to Wisconsin. 5 stars all day!!!
