A unique approach on the dining experience, Eddie's Roadhouse is the Hudson Valleys first ALL craft beer bar. It does not stop at great hand crafted brews though. A full dining menu improves on the idea of "bar food". All of the ingredients are sourced from local farmers when possible and the meats are NEVER frozen. In addition to great steaks and burgers, check out the daily specials posted on the blackboard that further blur the lines between fine dining and a bar.

Darius at the bar is great and makes drinks to perfection. The food is fresh and delicious. Get the beet dumplings and the eggplant meatballs to start. Delicious.
