A unique approach on the dining experience, Eddie's Roadhouse is the Hudson Valleys first ALL craft beer bar. It does not stop at great hand crafted brews though. A full dining menu improves on the idea of "bar food". All of the ingredients are sourced from local farmers when possible and the meats are NEVER frozen. In addition to great steaks and burgers, check out the daily specials posted on the blackboard that further blur the lines between fine dining and a bar.

RecommendedI had the coconut chicken and I may never eat anything again. It was insanely incredible. The flavors in my meal along with the eggplant meatballs were simply wow.

This wasn’t my first time at Eddies and definitely won’t be my last. As always, amazing food, delicious drinks and fantastic people working there. Hands down one of my favorite restaurants. 10/10, would recommend.

Another fantastic meal. Although other places might be open with outdoor seating, we will continue to do our weekly takeout with eddies. The food cannot be outdone, and the beer selection to go is fantastic- not to overlook the wonderful margarita to go as well. If you haven’t ordered here yet, you don’t know what you are missing.
