A unique approach on the dining experience, Eddie's Roadhouse is the Hudson Valleys first ALL craft beer bar. It does not stop at great hand crafted brews though. A full dining menu improves on the idea of "bar food". All of the ingredients are sourced from local farmers when possible and the meats are NEVER frozen. In addition to great steaks and burgers, check out the daily specials posted on the blackboard that further blur the lines between fine dining and a bar.

Being a fitness enthusiast, it’s important to me and our community that we fuel our bodies properly as well enjoying yourself with rewards. Specifically, the food is always fresh and flavorful!! I mean for real....it’s amazing. And let’s talk about drinks. There is such a variety and the staff is always willing to suggest pairings with your meal. It always worth the visit....multiple times a week. I’ll be back....maybe tomorrow. :)
