I was on the road today from Pittsburgh PA to California and back, and had a serious issue with a short circuit in my Honda Valkyrie. I understand that they have a backlog of work, but the service manager was totally unwilling to even let his service person spend a half hour to take a look at my problem to help identify it. Very disappointed and very displeased.
Super friendly & helpful. I have a ATV that needed some work that they couldn't do but they referred me to a local shop that will work on it. Exactly what I have been trying to find for 2 years. Much appreciated
