Posting this as a warning to avoid all Edd Kirby dealerships. About a year ago, I received one of their promotional mailers claiming I had “won” a $1,000 prize. In the smallest possible fine print on the back, it mentioned that “other prizes may be awarded,” but the overall impression was that I had actually won something substantial. Service department does a good job for the most part. Nothing major yet, just routine service, a recall and one TSB. At least it’s not up selling at every turn like nissan or ford lol.
