Loved the food, super delicious, staff was very rude.
Stopped off for burgers with the family at this Fort Smith institution. Fantastic as always!
If you are expecting a yummy greasy cheeseburger that is just yummy, yummy good, then don't go to Walkers. SO disappointed! Ordered their huge cheeseburger for the family to share. ugh! it was charred on one side, not done in the middle, lacked the ordered condiments. Called Ed Walkers immediately to inform the staff; however to date, no effort has made to correct their mistakes, despite promises from the staff. Not even a 'wow, we're sorry'. We had to trash the burger as it was too tough and crunchy to eat.
Man, the food is fun and delicious. Y'all know me, I will not steer ya wrong. Everything on the menu rocks.
Had the French Dip and onion rings. Awesome food.
Great food, friendly staff and enjoyed the old time feel or the restaurant.

Just left there got home my sandwich was missing ingredients. But do they offer to fix it? Nope just keep giving the phone to different people wanting me to explain my issue again. There are other places I can spend my money and if they make a mistake they fix it. Going down hill Ed Walkers!
