Ed was curtious and helped me to understand what was going on with my vehicle. He explained to me the most important things to take care of for this visit and for future visits, which really helps me budget it out. He even explained that there were a few things we need to just keep an eye on. It is great to know that in about 10,000 miles I will need brakes, there wont be any surprise when I come in then! Ed Voyles is awesome!
Bait and Switch – Beware! They gave me a quote on a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation. The quote was $6,000 below the dealer invoice, $10,000 below MSRP. I called Colville Mackenzie, the sales representative back immediately and asked if we were talking about the same car. Easy to Work With – Greg was my sales person. He was very easy to work with. As soon as I mentioned the lease specials on the Honda Accord, he immediately explained the details involved with it, and helped me pick the right color. I was in and out within the hour with my brand new accord. Thanks.
