I was very well satisfied with the speed of service.
Worst experience with my vehicle since I have purchased it. Everything seems to be “ my fault “ I’ve put more money into this car than I have into my previous car that was 12 years older than this current car.

I stopped in to pick up some parts and asked the service department about a second key. They were fantastic about getting me right in even without an appointment. They got me a second key and even inspected my car quickly. Great job!!!

Bought my '16 Escape in Jamestown from a wonderful salesman, who also sold me my first one. Though I really wasn't that thrilled about our '14, I truly love the one we have now. The service received has been excellent. The people working in every department have been very accommodating with answers to any questions you might have. And then there's that new building that is awesome! If I ever get to be able to purchase another vehicle in a couple years, it will be at Shults of Jamestown foresure!!
This is the 4th vehicle I bought from this dealership. I'm very pleased with the staff and the way I was treated. I'll alway highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car
