I’ve been there twice in the last 6 weeks getting my 2013 Edge up to date on everything it needed. I was extremely happy with the service !!! Things that needed done were explained to me in detail. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. I highly recommend them and will return in the future !!!
My wife recently took our vehicle in for an inspection. All service staff were friendly. They have a nice play area for the kids as well. Also the next day they called to inquire about our service visit to make sure we were happy. All very nice touches.

Walked in Friday morning on my way to work with an idea of what I wanted. Knew I didn’t want a pushy sheisty salesman. Rob Campbell was introduced to me, answered my questions. Listened to what I wanted and had me test drive. Within an hour I knew what I wanted and knew the deal would work! I � my 2018 Ford Explorer!!! Thank you Rob, Rich and Chris.
I have complete confidence in the service department at Shults. It usually takes quite awhile of sitting in the waiting room but it is a comfortable area with bottled water, coffee and snacks. They also wash your car when finished if you subscribe to the service plan.
