Customer service staff in repairs department are rude! Brought my car in for recalls then my car immediately started misfiring after I picked it up. Brought it back. They looked at me like I had 4 heads and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Avoided eye contact when I would speak, just kept typing away on the computer. I Was told very rudely “we know what we’re doing and we’ll figure it out” when I suggested that this happened to someone else who had the same recall done and what it may be. Drove 90 miles to buy an Avalanche, they said loan was approved. When I got there Rodger said the loan was not approved for the Avalanche but I could pick out anything else, if I wanted anything else I have car dealers less then 10 miles away. Left a one star review on Google and Jason responded said to call, I did and left a voicemail 3 times no call backs. So don't trust this dealer.

Went there to buy a used 2018 Ford F-150. All the financing was done from my bank. All they had to do was send a bill of sale over. Took them 3 hours to get that done. I get there to look at the truck and the salesman was no where to be found for 20 mins. I finally got the keys to it and not only was it still filthy on the inside and outside the mileage was different by 3,000 miles to the bad. The service at Ed Shults, Ford, Lincoln & Hyundai is second to none in this area. Kind, courteous reps and reasonable prices, always. I actually believe they really care about me as a customer and my perception of their operation! Highly recommend this dealer!
