I was here to have service done to my vehicle . The lobby is always clean the service men/women are always polite and friendly. I've been coming to this location since I purchased my vehicle and Its like sitting in your living room while waiting for your car. Oh and by the way Jared Dreyfuss in the service department was awesome . Thanks again Jared for keeping me informed while the service team worked on my vehicle.
This company laid off several loyal hard-working employees 10 days before Christmas!!! I will never again do business with any Napelton dealerships again. Any business that treats their employees like garbage won’t get any more business from me or anyone I know.
