I live 3 miles away looking forward to a good service department for my 2015 RDX . The recall issue was bad but not there fault . However getting the repair and parts for a mirror was ridiculous the service department is very unreliable in ordering and doing what they said they will do. I am in the customer service business if they at least communicate with the client in most matters it would save so much in frustration for all .The run around and lying is so poor .

Go see Denise the sales person respectful and full of energy and knows his product knowledge. Viktor the sales manager is the man to get the deal done the right way. No hassle buying experience. Note I personally work for Sherman Chrysler jeep Dodge Ram.
Had great service this past winter by Todd Fuller - Acura Service Advisor. He was very professional and helped me with a couple issues including frozen windshield wiper fluid. Recommended I go get some rated for colder temps rather than what was provided at dealer. Actually went out on his lunch break to get the right stuff and put in for me at no charge! Thanks, Todd!
Garbage! Spent 4 hours in the dealership. Said they'd honor a price at the beginning, inquired about leasing, then purchase price was no longer honored. Continued to talk over the weekend and came to an agreement on the lease they'd offered. Confirmed everything via text and email Monday during the day a and set up the appointment to pick it up. Went in Monday night and they'd no longer do the deal. Increased lease by $81/month. David is a slimy salesman that will do anything to get you in the door. Managers are just as bad.... read more
