Have always been friendly, fast & very informative!
Don't make a special trip based on their description of a vehicle. According to Matt this is in "Great condition" worth retail price. Retail means no mechanical defects and few cosmetic. I'm a certified mechanic of 15 years and the truck I drove over an hour for has 3 different brand junk tires, about $8800 in paint work needed and at least two significant mechanical repairs to the sum of about 4 THOUSAND DOLLARS. I took my nissian maxima in for an oil change and tire rotation to Ed Martin Nissian Anderson. I just had it serviced at Ed Martin Nissian in Fishers for new oil pan and air filter in March 2016. Kevin from Ed Martin Anderson told me that my oil pan needed replaced and air filter just today. I told him I felt like I was getting screwed over, he laughs and proceeds to yell back and talk over me. Who is the customer again? They were great while I bought two trucks, two months later I am still dealing with issues. Too many issues to list but the quality of customer service sucks, caught them in many lies, and now my bank is still having issues with them giving up the titles. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!
