I appreciate Ed’s expertise in mold testing. Very thorough, knowledgeable and took the necessary time to go over the report. Highly recommend Ed as an independent mold tester.
Complete jerk. Horrible inspector.. incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Was 2 hours late for the job and wrote up a completely false inspection.. I got two other inspectors opinions and they both said his inspection was completely false and inaccurate. He wrote up things that didn’t exist.. said I needed to replace things that were practically new. Do not waste money working with this idiot.
