I won't go into a long description of how they failed at customer service, I'll just say if you do decide to buy here, particularly used, check your vehicle over very carefully. Their position is that they sell it to you "as is" even if it isn't tagged that way. Amazingly, I suggested a solution to my problem that would cost them nothing. Zero! Yet, they refused to correct the problem for me. I guess they don't really care about their customers. At least now they'll never have to worry about this one...or anyone I know...aga... read more

I have had 5 oil change service done on my 2003 Ford Explorer with them the Best service I have every received at a Dealership the safety check they do is awesome !!

Have not bought a new vehicle in a long time, service here is awesome.
Would have given 5 stars but it took me a while trying to call them and get my info in the system I ended up jut going right in and finally got a GREAT guy that helped me completely , listened to me and told me everything! If you ever go, ask for Cortez!!! Don't even bother calling just go in.
I couldn't have asked for better people to work with finding a car. They listen to your needs. They showed me vehicles and if they didn't have any on lot they would bring from some from there other stores for your viewing the next day. I can't express how professional Rich Alaniz, Perky Knoll and Finance Manager Jerry Conner were in taking care of me and finding a great Rate on financing.
