Stopped by for a check engine light. They told me that my truck had an open recall for the transmission. A different code had to entered into the computer. They took care of it right away. To top it off they even washed my truck. I would do business here again.
Ed Koehn ford left a voicemail on my phone today about how my old focus is a car they’re “looking for!!” Yeah, my old stick shift beater is in high demand all right. Better buy a car from them. 🙄 That phone call happened to remind me how bad their service was last time I dropped my car off there, and how they’re willing to be slimy to sell you a car. Also, they will cold call you if you give them your number apparently.
I am very happy with the service that my 2017 Ford F250 had I want to thank the mechanics and the service person for all the help dealing with the issues that I have the biggest thanks is to two people Lindsey from the service desk and the mechanic Mike traister

The LIES!! They dont hold up to what their advertisements say! They removed my comment from their 10 days sales event special and blocked me. I wrote on the comments " DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! MY HUSBAND JUST LEFT FROM THERE AND NO DEAL."
Terrible customer service. No return calls. It’s like you’re inconveniencing them when you need service work done.
Implementation of a checklist after an oil change is crucial. Too many times have they left the oil cap off or not tightened the filter all the way. Verification of making sure all tires are seated properly after a tire rotation is also crucial. There also should be a system to identify who has bought a car/tires from Ed Koehn. I'm always initially charged for a tire rotation. I no longer bring my vehicles in for service nor do I recommend Ed Koehn due to the unsatisfactory service in the past.
Recently went for oil change and tire rotation. Tires weren’t rotated and I haven’t heard from service manager after leaving a message on Friday (I will call again tomorrow) plus waiting area is much less comfortable than other dealerships.
