This woman owned business is terrific. I had no heat, and they were pretty booked up, but got someone out to fix the problem in a very timely way. The experienced technician was able to rapidly diagnose the problem and get it solved. It was an absolute pleasure to have this man in our home. Big plus...my dog loves him. I would definitely call on this company again.
We always get good service from Bogner. We have used them for 40 years. Last service at our home was our own fault for not checking breakers but we were out of town and the air conditioner went out but Bogner checked it out and all good.
Updated Review I want to update my previous 1 star review after being contacted by Katrina, the owner of Bogner HVAC. She took the time to reach out, explain the situation, and genuinely express her concern about what happened. It turns out that Chris Stanton , though a Bogner employee, was acting independently as a licensed contractor under Stanton Mechanical (License #1130710) and was not operating on behalf of Bogner HVAC during our interaction.
