Terrible! 🤮
I haven’t seen a bug in the full year that I’ve had ecoshield. I’m very thankful I gave them a shot.
This company doesn't deserve even 1 star! The service and communication is HORRIBLE! They did not complete the requested services for months in a row, then due to a "supposed" system update, missed our 3rd month service all together. BUT, they are all more than willing to charge me my monthly rate. This company is as disgusting as the roaches they claim to kill!
This company is disgusting and horrible. At first I was given a "special promotion". The first guy was amazing first service was awesome. Then after that first service everything went bad. They were never on time for the appointments, started billing us for services they never even did, and even did the service when we weren't home. We were not given any calls and they even tried to enter our backyard without any permission and we were not home at the time too. I was completely outraged so I cancelled their services. Service is extremely poor. They will lie to you about making an appointment and then not show up. You will call they will claim to be on there way. There is no communication. Horrible pest company.
