Would never recommend the company. They sold me a house riddled with taxes and never told me about them. I lost the hose because I could not pay the taxes and another company was under the impression that they owned the house. We could never find out who really owned it, me or the other company. Finally gave it up to the city who eventually tore it down.
I am writing from an Econohomes free lance marketer's point of view. I became involved with them as I looked for another flip ( which I did not buy)- but in chatting with a neighbor whose land abutted the property learned that he was interested in it & had been for awhile. I gladly passed along the EH info ,and was totally surprised a week or so later when I received a call from EH asking me for my address to they could send me a referral fee- as the neighbor had purchased the property!
