Rip off. They promised a great deal, if I sign for 3 treatments, but never delivered! Came out for 15 minutes only, didn't take out any spider webs. When I called to complain that ALL of the spider webs are still there, they were very rude and never came back to fix/take care of the spider webs. I canceled the remaining 2 services, but they charged me anyway the full price for all 3 services.
This company is amazing! I had spiders all over my house and Ecofirst got rid of the problem within a couple of treatments. No more webs and I no longer have to put up with looking at those little buggers. Very professional in their treatments and always upbeat and chipper when they come by to service my home.
I've used them for about a year and a half after having a flying ant infestation in my basement. They are great on their regular service calls and have come out for additional calls very promptly when I have had issues arise. Their technicians are super friendly and professional. And I have not seen a single flying ant since I started!
I have not had a noticeable difference. Definitely not worth the money. They are misleading into how many times you actually have to have service when you sign the contract. They force you to continue to pay for poor customer service. I have been complaining periodically and they have done nothing about it.
Excellent service at a reasonable price. I had a spider problem for years and then got EcoSure. These guys are great. My technician is very friendly and he really knows his stuff. My black widows were gone in about a week and I haven't had spider problems since. I have recommended them to 5 of my neighbors and now my whole street uses these guys.
I have used EcoSure for about a year now and they have been very professional and effective. I had spiders when I started service and they were gone after just the first week of treatment. My technician is a great guy and I have been very happy with the results. Great job EcoSure!
I was duped into a contract with this fast talking solicitors. I had to pay a lot of money to get of the contract. Take it from me if they come to your home shut the door quickly. The spraying never worked, I had more spiders after they left. Owner hangs up on people. Jerk!
