I've had Ecofirst pest control for about a year now. I recently moved to Carrollton from out of state and had no idea what fire ants were. We had mounds all over our property and Ecofirst got rid of them within just a few day. We now have a seasonal maintenance plan with Ecofirst and the ants have stayed away. I have also been very impressed with how friendly the company's staff is and how quick Ecofirst will return if I ever see a fire ant mound return. These are quality people you can count on.
I am very happy with my Ecofirst Pest Control service done by John. I can't complement him enough on a job well done. He is an assett to EcoFirst. No more rodents! Horray!!!
What a waste of money. They showed up at my house, going door to door, and because I'm a sucker I signed up. They've applied three applications to my house and we still have spiders, still have the normal Colorado bugs (which admittedly isn't much, but not due to whatever they spray.) I called to cancel, unhappy with the results since I see no change at all. To cancel, I'd have to pay the rest of the contract anyway. Sales and staff great, the product is very poor. We ended up having to cancel and paying to cancel. Stick with what you find at your local store to fight off pests; those products will work better.
These guys are great! Been with them for three years and haven't had a problem. They got rid of both my scorpions and ants when they initially treated and I haven't seen them since. I really like their responsible approach too and their concern for our environment.
Josh was thorough and wonderful. He did a great job. He covered my entire property without any problem. He was even able to get some high hard to reach spots where I've had some wasps nests for quite sometime. Thanks EcoFirst!
Prior to using EcoFirst, I have dealt with a bad ant problem but over the past few months they have gotten them under control. Jared has done an exceptional job, taking his time to inspect my property to ensure the best treatment possible. I highly recommend these guys.
These guys have been great. Recently Michael came to service my home and I must say he was thorough and efficient. Everyone I have worked with has been professional. Companies like EcoFirst are hard to come these day
I am surprised to see another customer so confused over their service plan. When their sales rep came to my door, he outlined their service program on a piece of paper and gave it to me so I knew which month they were planning to service my house. I can't speak for other customers but I have had a good experience with this company so far.
