Kevin @ ECLR Floors was an excellent sales representative. Professional, knowledgeable, and pro-active. His installation crew with Carlos at the helm had great respect for our home, did super detailed and quality work. Was going to install myself, as I'm in the trades, but very glad we hired a professional, as had a few humps and dips in our floors that they filled and ground perfectly. Demo and clean up was as if nobody worked on site. We are delighted with our new vinyl plank floors!
