RecommendedI’ve lived here for two years going onto three! The staff is amazing and one of the biggest perks is that since it is a smaller building complex you get to know each employee on a one-on-one basis! The amenities are great and it’s super close to campus, collegetown, and anything fun 🥳😄

Poor management and communication, unlawful charges that were not included in lease nor did they ever mention the charges at all. Would not recommend. Employees are nice, maintenance man is super friendly, but because of management I will not give this place more than 1 star.
Eclipse is the best place in Tally, and if you have questions be sure to ask- ALL staff members are really awesome and knowledgable
Do not treat residents well for the price of rent. Better off living anywhere else.

Not worth the money. Management and employees don't treat residents like actual humans.
the property is really nice and everyone i've met that works there has been extremely helpful and are very knowledgeable about the property! it's also funny that the only people that are rating this complex with "one star" are the people that got charged for trashing the property.
