Good atmosphere and service – This restaurant had a fun and lively atmosphere but the food was definitely below average. The ribs were primarily fat and in general all the dishes lacked flavor. There was not one dish that I would order again, except maybe the cheese platter. The service was good and the staff was very friendly.
Not the same anymore, just ok – Eclipse is not our regular hang out restaurant any more. The live band is usually good but the quality of the food and the service are worsening every time we go there. They need to get their act together.
Treated horribly!! – I was enjoying tapas at the bar when a "gentleman" approached me, did not introduce himself, and demanded my chair-no explaination. He seemed kind of drunk and I was annoyed by the experience but passed it off as a drunk patron looking for a chair for a friend. I mentioned it to the bartender, who said he'd watch out. The setting is Cozumel casual urban chic which we found both comfortable and relaxing. The only thing missing is a pleasant view of the beach. Order a Mojito and use your imagination. GREAT TAPAS!! – My first time visiting Eclipse di Luna, I was celebrating a birthday. We shared the paella. It was delicious.. You have to call ahead, but it is worth it!! The second time, my boyfriend and I went on a Saturday night around 6pm. It was just starting to get crowded and we beat the rush. The waiters were very friendly and fast. The food was great!! Bad service, great food. – We were ignored for several minutes after arrival. When I suggested one of the many empty tables further in toward the bar, I was asked how long do you think you will be? We were then grudgingly seated closer to the bar. The answer to how long we would be there was 15 minutes longer than we thought. great spot – I had a really nice time at Loca Luna. I went on a Saturday night with a date, and the wait wasn't that long. Once seated, our server could have been better but she wasn't horrible. She was knowledgeable about the menu, but had to be reminded of our orders on 2 separate occasions. I really really enjoyed the food. Especially the patatas bravas, the empanada, and the carne marinada. I look forward to going back, and would definitely recommend it.
The place to take friends from out of town. – Eclipse di Luna is our favorite restaurant in Atlanta. The food is always fun, and almost always delicious. And on the rare occasion we don't care for the dish? Whatever, it's $4 and we have plenty more coming. EdL is always a great time.
