Bad service, great food. – We were ignored for several minutes after arrival. When I suggested one of the many empty tables further in toward the bar, I was asked how long do you think you will be? We were then grudgingly seated closer to the bar. The answer to how long we would be there was 15 minutes longer than we thought. No one came to take a drink order, make eye contact or acknowledge our existence on the planet for that long. Finally, about to walk out we were approached. great spot – I had a really nice time at Loca Luna. I went on a Saturday night with a date, and the wait wasn't that long. Once seated, our server could have been better but she wasn't horrible. She was knowledgeable about the menu, but had to be reminded of our orders on 2 separate occasions. I really really enjoyed the food. Especially the patatas bravas, the empanada, and the carne marinada. I look forward to going back, and would definitely recommend it.
The place to take friends from out of town. – Eclipse di Luna is our favorite restaurant in Atlanta. The food is always fun, and almost always delicious. And on the rare occasion we don't care for the dish? Whatever, it's $4 and we have plenty more coming. EdL is always a great time. One of my favorites – My wife and I love this place. The atmosphere is great, the food is awesome and they have music on weekends. It does get pretty crowded, but it is worth the wait!
Eclipse di luna??? try Eclipse your ego!!!!!!!! – On a recent trip to Atlanta I was thrilled to find Eclipse di Luna as the perfect place to hold my upcomming engagment party. I spoke in person with the manager about the amount of guest (around 40-50)and the starting base of the budget ($500-$700). With the promise that additional tabs would be opened after the initial funds expiered I asked would these numbers be agreeable with the venue. Soon to be favorite – I heard about this restaurant from a friend before moving to Atlanta back in 2005. Since then my boyfriend and i have been there a dozen times. The food is amazing and changes a couple times a year. They have great mojitos and sangria. The wait can be a little long sometimes and try to sit outside because the band can be a little loud,.
Great Night – Once in while you find a place that is simply the right fit for all those that arrive there. This is one of those places. The team that works and manages the place truly get what it means to provide customer service and value. I could go on and on about how wonderful the food, drinks and service was but you must experience for yourself. Great dining experience – This place is one of the best restaurants in all of Atlanta. Obscurely located, its a great hotspot that's ridiculously popular. It is always busy, but the food is well worth it. A variety of small dishes to choose from are all quick out of the kitchen, and satisfy your taste buds delightfully. The margaritas and sangria are both extremely satisfying as well. Dine on Sundays for $10 bottomless sangria. Its a great place to bring a group of friends or for a fun date.
Great place for a date, but Stay away for large parties – Food is good, but service is not. Unfortunately, I made the mistake to book a party for 20 people. The day before the party I guaranteed 15 (which is the minimum they require for holding the tables). The settings was not adjusted for 15 people, so it made look like like a whole lot of people didn't come. Furthermore, they never adjust the food from 20 to the 12 that did attend.
